The historic residential neighborhood, once owned by Mrs. Evelyn McLean, the owner of the Hope diamond, and also known for housing soldiers in the 1920s, needed restoration throughout 32 of its buildings. Our team was contracted to pointup and replace the masonry facades on all the buildings throughout the neighborhood. We restored and rebuilt any failing stone walls around the property to seamlessly renovate its houses.
